Having to Kiss Japanese Butt on the regular. Be prepared to be thought of as a dumb American to the almighty Japanese. HR department has final say in raises, and if you are not one of their chosen than no raise! They will sneak your overtime away from you without telling you till you find out from the shortage in your paycheck. Their response will be that they feel You have reached an Executive level and are exempt from overtime rules. Back stabbing upper management, typical “good ol boys club”. Salesman that rack in big cash of the hard work of everyone else. Advice...get your money coming in, they can’t stomach handing out raises above 5%. They will use and abuse you!

Once you make a single mistake you can get canned if your not part of the little small cliques. Everybody is expendable except those that kiss the upper head butts! You are not guaranteed to get hired in after your two years. In fact there are pple still there that's has not been hired in the company and they been there for more than two years. Alot of supervisors hold grudges and would not talk to you if you were in there face. Not to mention alot of harrassment that goes on and alot of unprofessionalism going on in this work place. A lot of fraternizing goes on, as well as alot of gossip.
