-alot of hardworking people and good place to learn digital

-Most of the positive reviews here are faked by internal management team. Founders forced them to give fake reviews -Company is not doing well and downsizing. -Management team is made up of friends and inexperienced people. -Founders have emotional issue. -Often lie to clients about how good they are but internal team is made up of low salary fresh grads and interns. -most employees are looking for a new job -practices favoritism

bad management with no transparency and a one-sided communication. practices hire and fire with no base, working hours is long and even extends to weekend. Not really a place to go to if you are looking for a challenging and stable job.

I worked at FALCON Agency for 8 months and I am confident to say that it has been the best experience so far. If you are passionate about Digital Marketing then FALCON Agency is the place you should consider. It's a very international company and you come across people from all walks of life which makes the whole experience even better. I got to learn a lot about Digital Marketing while serving my time at the company and my knowledge and skills have definitely improved. Overall, it was an amazing learning experience for me.

Cons

Working hours can be long sometimes but if you're a workaholic, you don't need to worry about it.
