      Good pay, great benefits, profit sharing is nice. day to day people in the locations are nice.

      Cons

      Executive team in Bedford are tyrants and horrible people, If you come in from outside the company to a management role you are chastised to inth degree even if you take an existing multi unit territory get moving in the right direction and profitable. They believe in GM and Store Managers being embarassed and submissive
