      Pros

      The Eyeota brand looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      This is a company where 80% of the staff at in the AU operation left in a 2 month period, all for varying reasons, but many of which related to culture, or lack of. Think seriously about joining this company because there are data companies with better products, better team spirit and better long term futures. Staff turnover is very high, and that's never a good sign.

      Pros

      - Passionate people and team environment which favors collaboration and learning from each other - Open communication channels with supportive management who tries to answer questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible - Quality data/good product, which is received well in the market and has "performed"

      Cons

      - Growing pains of a global start up such as timezone differences, lots of priorities - New brand to US market makes it a steeper curve to gain traction (although we are known well internationally so often the agency or publisher partner have heard of us) - Competition is made up of mostly "big guys" with more resources

      Cons

      Cookies and third party data are on the way out, making this product a really hard sell. Beware of unrealistic targets. Most publishers and agencies now have their own data sources, reducing the need for Eyeota's data.
