      Cons

      It’s not very flexible. If you call off/request off, no one really understands. Employees and higher-ups will gossip about you if you even call off once.

      Low raises (like 30cents a year) Never get 40 hours unless a director Not super flexible ( you have to be in ratio like in daycare) Revolving door of employees Not a lot of PTO/ holidays aren’t all paid
