Pros

Just another consultant agency that acts like they have a good culture, put their people first, and talk to you like you're family. But once things go south they will chop you off like a gecko tail and give an excuse to get rid of you, making their incompetence in not winning work your fault.

Cons

Consultant work. You will have to make up for the incompetence of greedy upper management over promising and make it your fault when you inevitably underdeliver to no fault of your own. When you bring up issues in a project or contractual obligations to clients they will say you have to underreport hours, fake your experience in technologies you never implied you had expertise in, and then take the blame when a client gets mad. It's all a game for sales to pretend like they matter and contribute value. Their directors aren't competent people they're gaslighters. Lie, cheat, and blame game is their skill set.

Pros

The clients are nice and there are times where work life balance is achievable.

Cons

The work you do day to day is not reflected in your comp. There are limited growth opportunities. Under market value, not competitive, no long term incentives. Stingy with equipment, pushing additional work with no corresponding compensation or potential.
