Pros

Money's good. Paycheck is usually on time. Working hours are very specific, and there is no overtime. That helps in building an actual life outside of the premise of work.

Cons

-Pretty elitist environment. If you're not into fancy things and actually into normal stuff, you're not gonna fit in. -Easily handed promotions, if you're into the endless "adjustment" period. -No communication. No one is talking with anyone for no reason. That creates massive issues in hard cases.

Company organizes workation once a year, there is a lunch time at the office and it is pet friendly

Cons

The company evaluates employees without any KPIs and doesn't reward performance. They give unjustified promotions and demotions and tweak contracts and salaries as they decide. The environment for newcomers is hostile, there is a lot of pressure and stress and the pay is very low for all the work they dump on us. Management takes no responsibility for mistakes but blames employees. The only way to make it work in this company is if you are friends with the manager.

- bad management and unclear responsibilities - decision-making based on favoritism and personal dislikes - unreasonable demands from employees to handle tasks and complicated systems without any training - threatens employees with layoffs if they do not do as they told - constant changes without any announcements, including working hours and additional weekends - no career opportunities
