      Some cool people but not the ones who have worked there too long.

      Cons

      Injuries, dishonesty, air quality, training, unkept machines, revolving door of employees, unhappy atmosphere, lack of communication, terrible leadership, absolutely no accountability just people collecting a paycheck.

      - Compensation is somewhat competitive - Free water?

      Cons

      - A majority of the people that work within the supply chain teams and in "program management," roles have only worked at Exotic Metals, reducing the construction of thought diversity. - The HR department is laughable at best, with sheer incompetence in even basic knowledge areas. - Due to the size of the company, it becomes a rumor mill. It felt like I was in high school, dealing with favoritism and rampant discrimination.
