Pros
They always used to give me good credit for work I performed. Much of what I do is to gain good business contacts. That is why the situation always worked out for me because I also work for myself.
Cons
The company changed name to Exoteric Systems. Shortly afterward they wanted us to sign a NDA? I enjoy working and money, but not receiving proper credit for my hard work is not for me. I know this is how most of the industry works with sensitive information but now I can't even say name of clients I've personally worked with in the past. That can't help my resume to point out the hard work I've done. I can understand confidentiality, but the NDA is too restricting.
