      Good learning ground and can get to learn core LI systems better.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance due to some managers. Abusive managers make employees work life pathetic. More so, pay scale is below average for the work being extracted. Abusive managers to be fired.

      1. Work life balance 2. Since you are going to work with experienced people there will be ample opportunity of learning.

      Cons

      1. Less salary pay as per market standard. 2. Designation not as per your experience . Means promotion is not easy. Lots of politics is involved. 3. WFH is not easy even in covid situation. That is actually not a cons since it is an insurance company and might be to maintain the uniformity they follow to ask employees to come to office even if few profiles doesn't require that.

      We can learn the new things here, but heavy torcher, they are asking to work all days of week and they are not paying good salaries, for weekends also they will tell to work but they won’t give any benefits for this
