Well connected team, fun bonding events, interesting opportunities, new office space and equipment

Cons

Stressful environment, no room for advancement, tight (near impossible) deadlines, management, little creativity, compensation, minimal vacation days

Small company, work directly with senior management.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional environment. No training. CEO expects perfection without any training. No HR to report inappropriate behavior. Over worked,understaffed and under paid. Impossible deadlines to hit (will be blamed for not hitting said deadlines). Acts as if they are "Christians" but would never know by their actions.

The team I worked with was supportive, worked mostly unsupervised and left to my own devices - something someone inexperienced shouldn’t dive into based on the incredibly high turnover rate

Cons

They broke their initial agreement from the interview about pay, revenue increases and no raises are given to employees that deserve it. Unbalanced pay based on levels of responsibilities across the board. Extremely high turnover rate is normal here due to the amount of mismanaged projects leading to either people quitting or being fired. I left due to inability to survive on wage without any raises, and was given a document to sign upon being fired stating I would not expose any of my experiences there in exchange for a lump sum of money.
