      Nice colleagues, rewarding and challenging working with patient.

      Cons

      Managers have no clue what they are doing? Drive is to save cost. Patient care is overlooked. Very poor care provided. I could not stand it, had to leave.

      Management are very biased to the people they are friendly with. Lots of being put down and being told that you aren't good at your job.
