      Was a great company three years ago with a family feel. Work/life is nice working from home.

      High turnover. The only people who have been there 5+ years are the ones who will last due to preferential treatment. New CEO meant new changes and the changes have been awful. It’s corporate now compared to when I had joined in 2021. Sad to see go down the tubes in real-time. Management is either brand new and has no idea what they’re doing or they’ve been there 5+ years (one 12+ years who can’t climb the ladder there lol SAD) walking on eggshells so they don’t get let go. Implemented tons of new tools to “help with sales” but it’s really just to add more work. Whoever is procuring these tools needs to be let go, they were just time wasters. Underpaid. Stressful. Luxury product but not a necessity for most companies. Zero career growth again there’s a person who’s been there 12+ years and they’ve hired outside for higher positions lol couldn’t imagine wasting my time there more than I did.

      Good people bad management

      Company is doing great fanatically (unless you are asking for better benefits). The people are great to work with. Work from home (although some managers are trying to claw this back)

      Cons

      Management and culture is mostly toxic, no communication between departments and almost no opportunity for advancement. Company is a permeant slave to investment the more investment it gets the worse management and culture gets.

      Exclaimer is a company that thrives on uncertainty. Leadership is toxic, and despite repeated assurances from the CEO that each round of redundancies will be the last, the cycle continues. The atmosphere is one of fear rather than innovation, with employees left wondering when the next wave will come. Hard work and talent don’t get you far unless you’re part of the inner circle. Promotions and recognition are based more on favoritism than merit, making it frustrating for those who genuinely want to contribute and grow. The benefits package is underwhelming, with pension contributions are poor and little else to make employees feel valued. Despite all the talk about growth and opportunity, it’s clear that Exclaimer prioritizes cost-cutting over its people. If you’re looking for a company that values transparency, stability, and employee well-being, this isn’t it.
