      Good learning in few project

      Cons

      You need to be available 24/7, most of the people are 10+ years in same company so they dont know anything apart from excelacom application, Even some tech leads dont even know basic coding/tech stuffs. Just because they are in same company for 10+ years they become lead.

      Nothing, only false hope. Even don’t believe the word of india level head of this company

      Cons

      Don’t join the company, they hired me after 3 round of interview and they told me to resign from my last company. And they told they will wait me for 3 months and will send offer later 10 days before joining. And after one months they told now business requirement is changed.
