      Pros

      It has been a pleasure to work with Excel. I have only been with them for a short time but already they have supported my growth. They genuinely take care of their team. This is a great company to work for if you're motivated, a fast learner and want to meet lots of new people! They're the best company I've worked for.

      pay is always on-time and proper adjustments

      Cons

      residents who live in the building can be very rude and arrogant towards you. difficult to cancel shift urgently due to nature of the role.
