Pros

Money could be decent if you are not fired before you have an opportunity to completely a single sales cycle.

Cons

-Management is terrible, give no direction or insight and is absolutely terrified of CEO. -They laid off a number of staff the second COVID hit and did so before they took PPP loans, they do not value their staff what-so-ever. -CEO is an angry & egoistical individual who forces inside sales staff into a room for two hours every single Thursday and calls it "training" but in actuality its the CEO completely rambling for two full hours and is clearly winging the session on the fly. These sessions are completely miserable, boring, unorganized and utterly useless. Everyone will cheer and high five on the rare event its canceled. -The atmosphere in the office is horrid, nothing but doom and gloom at all times. - CEO forces everyone to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and you are not allowed to take PTO around the holidays, they flat out deny any time off requests. -Zero career growth opportunity. ExaGrid does not promote within and does not offer raises. -You have one product to offer and the field rep 100% controls the sales cycle after intro call. -The worst diversity I have ever been part of. 90% of sales staff is made up of white males. -Health benefits are not good.

ExaGrid is sorry that it did not work out at ExaGrid for this employee. The Company prides itself on being an honest and ethical company and the majority of its employees have been with the company for over 5 years. Not every person fits every company and visa-versa. We wish this person the best of luck in finding employment that is a cultural fit for them and meets their needs.

Pros

good product but large customers shying away due to lack of confidence in road map. good support group but can they keep up with the more sophisticated support needs of larger customers? (Large customers might save ExaGrid-- might)

Cons

I read through the reviews and see a lot about a "self-centered CEO". They always have a yes man, a side-kick though. That adds up to two that need to move on. The current plan (see it in the trade rags: Ramp up the sales team with more and more; even "1000 can be added in the field" says the Bill. No CFO, No VP Marketing, No VP Product Development. No VP Customer Support. No VP R&D. Looks like the classic "I'm the smartest guy in the room" deception. That kind of person "knows not that he knows not." And if you tell him he "knows not" then you're the idiot. Reversal control. And a healthy amount of passive aggressiveness piled on top. Several quotes from the Bill in the trades on IPO in the next few years. Hasn't happened. Back-of-the-brain, self-fulfilling prophecy at work? "if we grow enough to get to an IPO, I can't control everyone and everything."

Pros

You can make a lot of money at Exagrid if you can sell the product and get the meetings.

Cons

Biggest problem is CEO. His entire theory on how to sell this product is flawed. We all know it, but he's a little "unpredictable" to say the least, so no one speaks up.
