Please run far far away from this job for your own health. This job is not what is stated in the listing, and that is intentional due to the nature of this job. You will not be learning how to run a business, but rather thrown into a "training program" that involves you using some vague systems to try and get sales in a Sam's Club. Management partakes in favoritism and is not afraid to fire you within your first few days if you are underperforming. The environment is stressful, the culture breeds toxic positivity, and finally, it is a pyramid scheme. My first paycheck did not guarantee my $11/hr, but rather minimum wage. If you make it past the first part of the "training", you become a "corporate trainer" who's job is to pull more people into the company, train them, and when they get burnt out, train some more. In my time here I dealt with emotional manipulation, immense pressure from the "leaders" and given the fraudulent job listings that regularly go out, it just reeks of deception all around.
