Generally good coworkers but leadership is lacking.
Cons
Many of these reviews are from people who attended the academy, not those who've worked for evolve. The evolve leadership is good at smiling at your face to make you feel better about the low low pay, over work, terrible benefits, and unrealistic expectations. The turn over rate is very high due to these realities. Many of the people on the team were good people. Leadership is the true issue. They also convince people straight out of their academy that they are worth nothing and that they are doing you a favor by giving you a job. TL;DR Manipulative and lack of care for their employees.
