      Pros

      Good work life balance, flexible hours to allow time for personal commitments. Good management structure with the support of a larger company. Great location to work and an easy commute.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement, intra company communication could be better. Parking could be better, but its workable. No view outside and limited travel opportunity.
