      Genuinely can’t think of anything.

      Cons

      Based on my experience, it appears as though that the company has no direction and it genuinely feels like it’s swirling in a tide-pool of missteps and ignorance. Everything I was presented turned out to be completely false. No benefit from ever getting hired at Evia.

      Pros

      Good benefits. The health coverage is great if your solo (100% covered), if you have a family it may become quite costly. Unlimited vacation for most but not all positions.

      Cons

      People with relevant experience and skills are not allowed to do the job they were hired for and usually end up doing everything but. Everything little thing has to go through upper management creating a heavily micromanaged environment. A lot of the roles become blurry and management does nothing to correct them. They hire for positions that they don't always have work for. Upper management gossips about employees in front of other employees. Salaries are below average.
