      Pros

      The marketing team does a great job of hiding negatives about the company.

      Cons

      I worked at this company for almost a year and it was the most stressed out I had ever been in my life. The management team is worse than gossiping high schoolers and will not help you succeed in your role. The environment is textbook toxic and they will tell you anything to get you in the door. The micromanaging is beyond suffocating and again, it’s not to be helpful- it’s to catch you and fire you at any chance they get. I personally felt uncomfortable with the nepotism in the company and the greed of the CEO. Above all, I would like to stress that this company doesn’t understand in diversity and inclusion.

      Clueless Company

      Pros

      Some of the employees are nice but most that have been there 2 plus years have no interest in new additions or changes to their team and it shows

      Cons

      I was recruited from another company, with promises that were lies. I asked for training on their system, which I didn't receive. I was terminated after 2 1/2 weeks of employment for not learning their system fast enough. Now they've changed the name of the company. Very shady practices

      They treat you like family- a dysfunctional one

      Pros

      As a new employee, you’ll enjoy the false promises of a company that respects work-life balance and your well-being.

      Cons

      Stay there long enough and you will realize that this place is a disorganized mess, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, and DO NOT BELIEVE their promises of finding you clinics you like and respecting your requests to not be staffed or to leave a relief job that you hate. They do not care.
