      Secure job at a strong company. Good benefits and vacations.

      Cons

      You are expected to be 24/7 available to work... They will call you at 1 am if there is an issue. You are expected to work more than 8 hours a day. There is no clear career growth path, really hard to get a promotion or know how to get one. The day for a dev is 50% meetings, 40% processes and emails, and just 10% coding. Too much politics.
