Hiring/onboarding process needs some serious work. It took 3 solid months from the interview to my start date, cringe-worthy if you're unemployed. Plus, the background/drug testing/reference checks are nothing short of a nightmare! If you can survive that gauntlet, you're left with inefficient processes, ineffective management, the worst IT dept imaginable, storm duty, 3 days in office (used to only be 2-days), old-school methodology, and getting 5+ jobs for the price of 1.
