Pros

Great people to work with, great benefits and overall security

Cons

Lots of disorganization from a bottom up perspective. Often times requirements are changing in the midst of tasks being performed, and the overall mindset of teams lead to a "share the pain" mentality. There also seems to be a lack of foresight as well as lofty expectations from those in charge, which leads to more stress and apathy building up. All of this ontop of no overtime pay, wonky Storm Duty assignments, and an atmosphere that hopes to suck you in to the Eversource grind.
