      Great Company, Supportive Team, and Exciting Work!

      I’ve been working at EverCommerce for 3 months as an Associate Product Designer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The work is fun, challenging, and genuinely exciting, and I love the opportunities to contribute to impactful projects. The team is incredibly supportive—everyone is always willing to help and collaborate, which creates a positive and inclusive atmosphere. One of the standout aspects of EverCommerce is the management. They’re approachable, transparent, and truly care about employee development. I feel empowered in my role and confident that my contributions are valued. The company culture is open, with a strong focus on work-life balance and growth, which makes it an ideal place to build a career. Overall, I’m really enjoying my time here, and I’m excited to continue growing with the company. If you’re looking for a supportive, dynamic environment with a great team, I highly recommend EverCommerce!

      Cons

      One thing to keep in mind is that I joined EverCommerce shortly after their restructuring, so the company is still in the process of refining some of its internal processes and workflows. As a result, there have been moments where it’s taken a bit longer to get up to speed on certain ways of working, and things can sometimes feel a bit in flux. However, I appreciate that management is actively working on improving these areas, and I’ve seen a real commitment to streamlining processes and communication. While it can be a challenge to navigate change, it’s also exciting to be part of a company that’s evolving and setting itself up for even greater success.

      Actually fully remote. Great flexibility options. Fortnightly pay, Remuniation based on my worth (not how low can you go). I feel genuinley welcomed, valued and respected

      2 days after I started there was a re-org of an adjacent team, HR/offboarding felt very slick and... American. this was unsettling.
