I don't think there is enough space to write everything but the business is going down hill, budgets get cut every month, the morale is at an all time low because the new management team under goodbaby are bringing their own good ole boys from other CPG companies and then terminating all the tenured or high paying dollar people. Its a US company owned by the Chinese but ran by Germany which you hear the management team joke about; the country/regional locations constantly argue because no ones how to run a business in each location, no communication cross functionally. Matrixed organization is a joke because they are trying to be a big boy company but have no idea. Each company is in a different business maturity so you can't standardize things, Evenflo is on the decline and has been ever since they divested off the bottle business. I should have never accepted this job; looking and I wouldn't be surprised that most Evenflo employees aren't- recruiters/searches be advise these people are easily plucked off

I interviewed there and was told by the hiring manger, I was "perfect" and a great candidate. I was also told every time I met with the manager or HR that they were "even more impressed." I was then made a verbal offer with a promise the manager's manager would call me the following week to negotiate salary. They then proceeded to ghost me for over a month. When I finally got the manager on the phone, the manager said "Oh we hired a contractor for the position (I interviewed for) through a recruiter. We'll evaluate in a month or two." I have a contact at the recruiter who told me, "I remember that position. We sent them a bunch of candidates for that position and several others. They never acted on any of them. I talked to other candidates that had applied for other positions and got largely the same story. Do not work for them. They can not be trusted.
