      1. The company focuses on every employee growth and arrange classroom trainings to increase their skill set. 2. The quarterly award functions ensure that hard working employees are truly recognized 2. In this hard time when other companies are firing their employees, the company made some strategic planning to cut down some expenses like outdoor yearly activities, etc. to avoid any layoffs.

      Good base salary No layoffs during Covid

      Cons

      No Work life balance ( especially in peak months) Colleagues not very helpful

      1. Great work environment with the best work life balance among competitors. 2. Good working culture. 3. Extra time and effort are well noticed and appreciated by managers. 4. Learning curve purely depends upon ones own desire and attitude towards growth. 5. Good engagement activities are organized within the organization. 6. Good HR team capable of handling grievances and feedback. 7. No layoffs / cuts during difficult market conditions.

      Cons

      1. Increments are good but there is still room for improvement.
