Pros

Great small company atmosphere, learned a lot about the business just being an engineer.

Cons

If you have to deal with the Huntsville office, you are doomed. The back-stabbing politics and unprofessional behavior arising from there will make your life MISERABLE. Make sure you understand entry requirements into benefit plans before going in.....

A waste of potential

Pros

Good product - potentially excellent with better management Nice team of friendly, talented & helpful people doing their best in the circumstances.

Cons

Poor working conditions and employee treatment, no performance review process, payrise or bonus scheme. No flexible working even for sales and marketing team members who work additional hours and can travel extensively. Poor morale in UK & US offices due to conditions and treatment by management. Staff are reluctant to raise queries or issues (or even suggestions) due to fear of reprisals from senior management.

Run Very Far Away

Pros

Some good people in the trenches trying to make it work.

Cons

Very poor management. There is a reorg every other month, the company has an attrition rate that is very high, no/little quality, multiple law suits or threatened law suits by customers, using substandard vendors for delivered product, over-worked people because of a complete lack of resources, management favoritisms. There are executive management personnel located in Italy and England, that think they understand what they are doing. However based upon the last three years of overall business performance, that could be challenged, no raises, poor competitive compensation.
