Pros
Shift scheduling flexibility, great hourly pay for the area.
Cons
Not actually payed by the hour (commission/assighnment completion based), only guaranteed around 11 hours a week. No training but management expects you to do everything perfectly or risk not getting payed. Lots of expected unpaid overtime fixing mistakes if it's not right, but management will get irritated if you try to make sure it's right before submitting assignments everytime.
