Pros

Good salary for the few that know the boss and for the managers.Good health insurance. Nice building

Cons

Manager is rude is not polite the Hr is aware of this and doing nothing or trying to do but maybe the whole issue stack in upper authority People can grow only if they have good relation with bosses Old technology stack Nobody cares to learn or improve the software The object i work for is extremely demanding and instead of bonus i get insult.

Pros

I can only speak for the Implementations Department and my manager. Allowed to work as best suits my needs. Not micromanaged. Great co-workers.

Cons

No career path/lack of advancement opportunities. Lack of transparency surrounding compensation, policies and protocols. Good workers are rewarded with more responsibility without corresponding compensation. Bare minimum benefits package. Low and undisclosed compensation compared to the rest of the payments industry. As a top performer in my department was only making $61,800 after almost 10 years. When I asked for a raise outside of the normal review process, I did receive it, but was also told that I was "complaining" when asking for a salary range for my role and how can I know if I'm being valued fairly internally within the department and externally within in the industry.

Pros

Great location, nice work environment and above average benefits; the company attracted and hired a talented group of people

Cons

limited professional opportunities to grow within the company due to employee size and focus unless you actively seek to move internationally--and then only if you know the right people. also note company is stingy with raises and bonuses. Internal business systems/applications and support processes are not well integrated (though recognized and a work in process)
