We care deeply about our employees and like to foster an open and fun working environment with flexibility, an open-door policy, and inclusive company-provided lunches to celebrate special occasions. Our location is not central, but there is a trail by the river that lots of employees who enjoy nature get to get out and enjoy going on walk through on their breaks. The manufacturing plant can get noisy when production machines are running. To help our employees avoid the noise, we provide industry-standard earplugs for everyone. We understand that some people would like stronger noise-canceling earplugs; if that’s the case, we are happy to order them for personnel upon request! Wish you strong career growth.
