I wrote a 5 star review back in 2019 when I was at Etleap for just one year, and now that a few years have gone by I wanted to submit another review.
I have now been at Etleap for over 4 years!
The most exciting thing to me about my role is that I get to work cross-functionally with my peers in marketing, sales and engineering to create a super streamlined and efficient working environment.
The collaboration here at Etleap stands out to me as one of our strongest core values - I see it lived out in everything we do; from our daily interactions, to our annual company off-sites, and everything in between. Being on the same page and being open with our communication is a priority for everyone on the team, which results in a very cohesive team who is always looking out for one another.
Our leadership emphasizes openness and teamwork, which creates an empathetic, supportive, and truly fun work environment.
We have daily company sponsored lunches, annual off-sites to places like Mexico, Costa Rica and Tahoe, paid health benefits, 401K options, and more. It's a great place to work.
Cons
Genuinely, I don't feel like there are any cons working at Etleap. The only con I can mention is the fact that hiring in San Francisco has become more difficult since the pandemic. It would be great to hire more people for our HQ office in San Francisco, which is one of our ongoing efforts as an operations team. We are always developing new and creative ways to connect with potential candidates.
