My input and expertise was never appreciated, the owner constantly shouts at you, makes you work 80 hours a week and manages to call you lazy. He didn't have enough knowledge of CGI or 3D animation to be a leader. He only believes in hiring beautiful people, which he fires after a week for getting the wrong coffee. Also, if you have a spouse, say goodbye to them, because you won't be seeing much of them. You don't get any days off. People talk behind each other's back all the time. The chairs and desks are not comfortable or good for artists. I was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted working here. That feeling you get in L.A. traffic, tense and on edge, that's how you'll feel working here. Don't even think about working here. RUN FORREST, RUN!!!

Unreasonable work hours. 6-7 days a week, 8-15 hours a day CEO is bipolar, narcissistic, rude, and objectifies the women in the office and degrades them to the point of tears!!! STAY AWAY from this hell hole at all costs.
