Pros
This has been the best company I’ve worked at so far. It’s a great place for anyone eager to learn, grow, and upskill with the support of strong mentorship. Mistakes aren’t treated as failures but as opportunities to improve, which creates a very healthy learning environment. The weekly events, inclusive team trips, and open culture make it not only rewarding but also genuinely enjoyable to work here.
Cons
Sometimes working hours can stretch longer, or roll over to the weekends due to deadlines and bugs. But you are granted comp-offs for the weekend work though.

Good working environment, very helpful seniority and management, flexible timing, and lot to learn.
Cons
Not much but little bit conservative with recognition and appreciation.
