Pros

Great support system! Overall, great organization with an amazing mission.

Cons

The patriarchy, literally. The company is under Catholic Charities and while they say they have great intentions, they really just love to micromanage and limit the staff.

Pros

Collaborative and welcoming work environment. Efforts are made to address and improve staff wellness. Plenty of work so plenty of experience to gain. Management took Covid-19 precautions seriously; Staff came into the office only when necessary.

Cons

Attorneys should receive better pay. Large caseloads can be overwhelming and stressful.
