      Pros

      Very friendly work environment, proper work life balance, provident fund, good and timely salary, two yearly bonus. The head of the organization is a very nice guy.

      Cons

      My personal growth stuck as my assigned project was stable and I only had to engage in a very few maintenance tasks.
