Business Units are fairly split and not too integrated.
Ergo Group Response

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very happy to hear you enjoy working for Ergo and value the opportunities you have working with us. We recently updated our benefits package as part of our reward and recognition strategy which included an increase in annual leave, pension and healthcare to name a few. We did this in collaboration with our people as we value your input. We asked employees to complete a short survey and give feedback on our current benefits to understand what’s important to them. Communication and collaboration between business units is a key area of focus for us this year. We have launched initiatives such as the Microsoft Teams Icebreaker Bot, offsite management days to leverage eachother's networks and commit to quaterly business unit updates to inform employees of upcoming changes. Thank you for your valuable feedback and should you wish to discuss anything further or give any more feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact any member of the People & Culture Team or your direct manager.
Did you ever see the movie 'Glengarry Glen Ross?' Yep, it's a LOT like that. Awful management, no support, no structure, no training. Shotgun approach to everything. First, you're thrown in at the deep end, then you're thrown under the bus.
