The only pro when I worked here was the daily lunch stipend

They underpay their employees, the owner of the company is rude, very strict work environment

Draw is irrevocable and there are protein bars.

Cons

Loans take forever to close. Office reaches 90 degrees or higher.

Pros

Flexible hours. Extremely knowledgeable back office to help get loans closed which was the biggest plus. Around a 10 person company so everyone is on the same page. Protein/nutrition bars in the fridge.

No cons about the company.
