      Pros

      Some of the best career pathing in banking. Great leadership, fun environment, lots of access to clients and learning.

      Cons

      none to note. as expected from banking, hours can be difficult. Pay is great.

      Good flow of business based on reputation

      There are no stars here and MDs are pretty young and burn out fast some taking breaks and some taking steps back into operations. There is almost a obsession to have the industry reputation of J.P.M.. at rival bigger tech and tech services bank CG. There's also lots of internal competition so its is hard at the middle levels with Directors on top of VPs and Associates competing with VPs. Even if you look into it there is a big history of MD banker turnover and they just brought on a big team and that means another US location. And they fired a west coast MD.
