Pros
Good HR Team which is really supportive to hear the employee's concerns and good people in lower and middle Management which makes the employee motivatited and nice working atmosphere except some cons.
Cons
Worst company ever seen in my career as they doing things which is really unfair for example : they are giving the individual performance score with the comparison of the others in the entire floor, and appraisal will be based on the same scores and not based on how actually you performed and in order to get good appraisal you should in the top rank order. even if score is low for example employee1 is 160 % and employee 2 is 159%, the one who will be given a score at highest is employee1 as per rank. Please think twice before joining here
