Pros

The only pro of this company is the remote work, so you don't have to deal with the terrible company culture face to face.

Cons

Everything about this company is awful. As a junior developer do NOT join this company as you will only learn terrible programming practices. It's insane how bad everything is written and organized. As a competent senior developer do NOT join this company because the moment other senior/team developer realize you are good, they are going to make your life hell. Possibly because they are insecure and they fear for their own positions? I don't know, I do not understand this insane mentality. To give you an example of some awful things I had to put up with, in this company, I had a "team leader" who didn't understand a solution I did in a task and as result they put someone else to redo the task. When the task was redone by the other guy, the code was no longer working. Mind you, they didn't understand the code not because it was spaghetti or something, I always put effort for the code to use best practices and be readable, but because they lacked basic programming knowledge.
