50 hours a week mandatory overtime is exhausting

Pros

Coworkers are generally great, hard working people, fun to be around. Pay is good for an entry level job.

Cons

We have been on mandatory overtime for a month and a half for no good reason, with no end in sight. I am exhausted.

Different shifts. Tried switching departments the other department schedule didn’t work for me.

-pays fine -good for filling an empty resume -work stays at work -Healthcare is okay -ppe -stable

Cons

-mgmnt = neophobic dinosaurs -you will never get more than a very minimum COL raise. -'HR' is just accounting & payroll. hope you never told them something confidential because everyone walking near that office was gonna hear them chat about it. -managment once canceled a summer food drive after three days because 'we're a luxury brand.'
