Pros

Diversity; significant presence of color ie. Black & Hispanic/Latino; Friendly Culture, most people will help you out and want the business to succeed while meeting their own performance goals; Average pay at the corporate offices; affordable medical insurance, beautiful office in El Paso, TX (WestStar Tower)

Cons

High workloads for corporate offices and property management operations teams (example: a Property Manager may have 2-4 properties to manage with no staff except 1 floating maintenance staff); Low pay for Property Managers ($18/Hour); Hourly wages for corporate staff (non-salary non-exempt); Overtime is typical for almost any role both on-site and corporate; Hesitancy for Remote work-from-home options; High turnover; Health insurance benefits have a waiting period of 60 days; Retirement 401(k) has a waiting period of 1 year of service; PTO is 4 hours accrued biweekly

Pros

You will learn a lot

Cons

Micro management, lack of trust, sweat shop work load is extreme, even if you stay on top of your work you at nit pick about if something is done, work load so extreme you have to find someone to watch your desk before you request off and the person you ask work load is extreme too so remember they will ask you to watch your desk, no one there is happy not accounting nor AP, avoid going to Bittany Buttler team or Tiffany Echols. If you have to work there get your experience and leave. Last thing no work life balance.
