      Pros

      Management and directors are realistic and easy to get along with, great place to learn, processes are really easy to follow and stick to, rarely didn't leave work on time.

      Cons

      Potential to meet a glass ceiling in role due to size of company although it is rapidly expanding, work from home is avalible for emergencys and sickness, i felt hybrid working would of been nice.

      Workload can be very high Not compensated for work outwith title Poor communication between different departments Some IT systems are out of date
