      Pros

      I like the people I work with and the work I do. Pay is a little lower than I could get in a bigger city and the drive is a bit long, but I'm happy overall. My bonuses and yearly raises are decent.

      Cons

      I think we could be a bit more adventurous in our designs rather than making incremental fixes and advancements. With the team we've got currently, we could probably challenge the big guys and move up from being the "value" leader to just being a leader in our field.

      Great benefits, great work culture, flex work schedule, interesting and challenging work, expanding quickly

      Cons

      Recently purchased by Safran Aersopace, possible corporate changes still relatively unknown, could be great thing. Seminole is a very small town

      Pros

      The coworkers are consistently willing to help in any way necessary, teamwork is a priority, authoritative figures meet with you consistently to check and see how you're doing and what areas you need assistance in as well as what areas they can better assist you. Management is fantastic about open door policies

      Cons

      Occasionally, the organizational tactics aren't on par, sometimes there are breakdowns in communication or miscommunications on what needs to be accomplished and how it should be accomplished, but, again, open channels of communication means that everyone gets back on track quickly and efficiently.
