Pros

Good career progression as the seniors escape from the company. Good learning opportunity as you discover the way to work yourself without proper guidance. Learning from mistakes leave the deepest impression. Good transit point for pass and permit holders.

Cons

No work life balance as most of your time is spent on overtime. Heavy workload as there is no replacement for those that left. Always see employees getting scolded by CEO and CFO. Seen some female employees even shed tears. Negativity and resentment fill the company ambience. Too hierarchical. CEO and CFO rule the company while others are like worthless pawns. Company is not performing and deteriorating. No performance bonus. AWS is at risk.

Overseas Personal Expenses are Easy to justify to Claim under Company for Sales staff. ;)

Cons

Very Poor Top Management. Almost all employees agree that the Executive Management Team (CEO, CFO) are full of ideas but no action themselves and thus very hard to work with. So many staff come and go. Average staff working duration is about 2-6 months Only. No job prospect and future career development. Every staff are Expected to report to office earlier than start work time but Only can leave office much later with no OT pay. Only completing your VN can go home on time daily.
