Everything. Starting from the lack of processes everywhere and no management involvement. You are given a computer and you have to fight to get all the tools needed to get the job done (i.e. systems access). You also need to figure out what your job is because the job description you applied for was different than what you actually do. Team collaboration does not exist in this organization as you are left alone to figure out how to do everything. There are absolutely no trainings provided to further your career. Managers don’t believe in coaching their employees. When issues arise, no one takes accountability for their mistakes. Everyone is an expert on putting blame on others for their own mistakes. Due to all these issues, deadlines are never met and people start losing the motivation to finish their deliverables on time. The facility is falling apart (the roof leaks during rain!!) and there is absolutely no concern on the upper management side to improve the building in any way as they are simply hiding away in their big offices. The high turnover across the organization is unbelievable!! Employee morale does NOT exist at all. People are dropping like flies in many departments because they are tired of wasting their valuable time on an organization which doesn’t appreciate the hard work and gives anything in return. I don’t know why anyone would want to waste their time joining this company. I hope that everyone researches thoroughly before taking their chances…

Backwards culture focussed on narrow range of measures, chaotic senior management who seem incapable of effective communication, lack of diversity and intolerance to people who challenge the status quo, laughable pension provision. The company needs to drop the commitment to being ‘Best Company to Work For’ as this is so laughably out of kilter with the reality of the workplace as to undermine any credibility. Decrepit estate in largely poor repair and historical underinvestment in equipment.
