      Pros

      Nice office space in the heart of silicon valley. Pioneered moca. Nice work culture. Took over from Trident. But didnt go as expected.

      Cons

      Low visibility on targets. Confused team members. Partly unlucky to have had unfavorable sales outlook but sales improved later.

      Relaxed work atmosphere, great people, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Entropic seems to not have what it takes to run a proper business. We keep loosing money so they keep cutting people. Austin site closing down so I am out of a job with out even a blink and no severance after 8+ years.

      Things started out great at first and my co-workers were a blast. But when my manager noticed how much attention I was getting from the other guys, he became insanely jealous and slammed me against the wall. I have the bruises to prove it. Then when I tried to call 9-1-1 he smashed my phone. Later he stonewalled the HR investigation and sent me threatening messages about what he'd do if I reported him to the authorities. Then the company hired a slimey "reputation management" firm to cover up for him. 0/10 would not recommend
