Its a shallow company - access to the CEO is easy and often - that's good and bad depending on your work style. I will add the team is flexible -- maybe to a fault. But I certainly learned and excelled in that work environment.

The company is based on proprietary IP but it's a not a technology product. That's a little difficult for the world to understand. Success is based on marketing efforts and getting clients and partners to use the company's offerings. It's a transaction based business, but it's an extended transaction.
