It’s a hot mess in the Surgical dept with people dropping like flies. There also seems to be a huge ego complex in leadership that results in problems/issues/concerns never being solved. A lot of empty promises hidden behind the company “culture and values”. “Talent” is being sourced from the outside who turn out to be duds. Those internally needing promotions and pay increases are ignored and they end up quitting in record time.

EGX branding is given credit for everything even when it's not used. If you disagree with the messaging you will be targeted company doesn't really believe in continuous improvement unless it fits in the EGX box. Leadership aside from Brady Shirley is incompetent and underwhelming especially in Bracing. Matt Trerotola isn't an inspirational leader and appears to be trying to get out from under Brady's leadership shadow. Only hears messaging from his people and distrusts anything that doesn't align with his world view. Very close minded in that regard. Human Resources is full of people who abuse power and spread gossip. Needs to be cleaned out from the top.
